I cant see my skin

Hi guys
as u know i am complaining from 2 days that i cant see my skin and i cant find the solution anywhere ( Google and YouTube)
its happening from the day i have re-install my windows XP and than I re-install my GTA San Andreas but still i cant see skins i have used original gta3 file without any mods but still the same problem so i added my mods again , when i move my camera to front and skn position is front too so n that case i can see it e.g :



otherwise i cant e.g :

JAAAAAAAAAAJJJJJJAAAAAAAAAAAA mother of ghost.

m serious here find a solution moronnnnn

reinstall GTA, idk, maybe a models bug, or search the ID of that skin and replace it with a mod. idk really

I know this bug. Well not exactly, but yeah.

Re-install your GTA:SA. There might be a problem when you installed it. Happened to me once but not this. It happened because I disturbed the installing process. So just uninstall and install. That will do the work.

And if you still have problems, go install a 'gta3' (models data) from google. And place it in your GTA:SA files.

And if that does not work too then play with ghost man skin

I know that issue in the last screenshot I had it before but I forgot how I managed to solve it . It had something to do with screen resolution or my video card I guess. Try what Aiman said too, do a clean (delete all old files) install of GTA SA without mods or any shit.

Well, try the above solution : Try and re-install GTA again.

As i saw,you have a clean Install... Make sure you have the most latest Video drivers and DirectX. When you get them,and you have the same problem,play a bit with the settings in GTA [AKA Change Resolution].
